Orange Fizz

Add some sparkle to your life with Delush Sparkling Rosé. The Delush Orange Fizz is the perfect drink to turn it on.

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 200ml Delush Sparkling Rosé
  • 200ml orange juice
  • 30ml orange blossom water
  • 150ml crushed ice
  • Handful of fresh mint

METHOD:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and put on high speed until blended.
  2. Pour into champagne glasses and toast to living life with flair!

Tomato Flatbread

This very easy tomato flatbread recipe will make you want to invite your friends over! And it pairs perfectly with Delush Natural Sweet Red.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g store-bought dough
  • 400g halved cherry tomatoes
  • Basil pesto

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C
  2. Flatten dough on a well-oiled baking sheet
  3. Pour halved cherry tomatoes onto dough
  4. Bake 25 minutes at 180°C
  5. Cool slightly and cut into strips
  6. Serve with basil pesto

Crispy Prawn Skewers

Turn it on at your next party with Delush Wines! Crispy prawn skewers paired with Delush Natural Sweet White will take it to the next level and it’s super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Phyllo pastry
  • Eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Fresh prawns
  • Salt

METHOD:

  1. Brush strips of shredded phyllo pastry with whisked eggs.
  2. Roll skewered prawns in pastry and seal tight.
  3. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  4. Season with salt.

Rose Cheesecake

A dinner party will not be complete without Delush Rosé Cheesecake! Turn it on with this 5-ingredient recipe and enjoy living life with flair!

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 350g creamed cottage cheese
  • 365g condensed milk
  • 45ml rose syrup
  • 80ml lemon juice
  • A handful of fresh raspberries

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Divide between 8 small glasses.
  4. Bake 2 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Sophisticated. Bold. Chic. Turn it on with the Delush Chich Power Cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml Delush Red
  • 30ml good quality whiskey
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml maple syrup
  • Ice

METHOD:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour through a strainer into a glass and top with fresh lemon zest.

Delush Diva Cocktail

Celebrate your inner diva with Delush Wines! Invite your best friends over for Delush Diva Cocktail party.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml cold Delush Rosé
  • 10ml castor sugar
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 30ml vodka
  • 10ml rose syrup
  • Ice and fresh rose petals

METHOD:

  1. Place sugar and berries in a cocktail shaker and, using a wooden muddler, crush the berries and sugar into a fine pulp.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients with a handful of ice.
  3. Shake for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour through a strainer into a martini glass.
  5. Garnish with rose petals.

Delush Flair Cocktail

Live life with flair! The Delush Flair Cocktail will be the talk of your party. Time to turn it on.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200ml Delush White
  • 15ml vanilla vodka
  • 30ml elderflower syrup
  • 2 slices green melon (honeydew)
  • 150ml crushed ice
  • coarse salt

METHOD:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and put on high speed until blended.
  2. Dip the rims of glass in water and then in salt.
  3. Pour wine mixture into a glass and serve.

The Delush Summer Splash

THIS SUMMER MAKE IT YOUR OWN DELUSH WAY

MAKE AN EXTRA DELICIOUS DELUSH SLUSHIE IN LESS TIME THAN IT TAKES TO POST A SNAPCHAT VIDEO.

For this recipe you can use DELUSH Natural Sweet red or white or rosé

PREPERATION:
Select some of your favourite fruit, place in freezer for 3-4 hours.

METHOD:
Put your frozen fruit, your choice and amount of wine, and maybe some ice cubes into a blender. Blend until smooth and then pour into an icy glass. It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Pretty In Peach

MAKE IT YOUR BEST LOOK THIS SUMMER

For this recipe you’ll need a ice lolly mould

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 peaches
  • 1 cup Delush Natural Sweet white wine
  • 3 tbsp peach schnapps
  • 1-2 tbsp sweetner of choice

METHOD:

  • Pit and roughly slice 2 peaches and place in blender with wine, peach schnapps, and sweetner. Blend until smooth; about 30 seconds – 1 minute.
  • Pit and thinly slice remaining peach.
  • Pour puree mixture into popsicle moulds, filling each about½ way full. Place 1-2 peach slices into each mold and top with any remaining puree mixture. Cover and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze until fully set, about 4-6 hours. Enjoy!

The Island Ice Princess

LOOKS GREAT AND IS SUPER REFRESHING AND DELICIOUS.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Summer Splash Snow Cones (makes 6 small snow cones)
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 /2 cup cranberry juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 /2 cup sugar
  • 10 blackberries (more for garnishing)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (more for garnishing)
  • 2 cups DELUSH Natural Sweet wine (white or Red)

METHOD:

  • In a large pot, combine the sugar and water and heat on low until melted.
  • Add in the cranberry juice, orange juice, blackberries and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a slight boil, then simmer on low for 15 mins. Let all of the ingredients infuse together until the blackberries lose their color.
  • Remove the blackberries, pour in the wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove the cinnamon sticks.
  • Pour into a deep container, such as a metal loaf pan.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Use a fork to shave the sangria.
  • Serve in a snow cone cup

The Summer Wand

WITH ONE OF THESE IN YOUR HAND – SUMMER HAS JUST BECOME EVEN MORE MAGICAL

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ of a (750-mL) bottle DELUSH Natural Sweet rosé wine
  • ¼ cup simple syrup (See NOTE)
  • 2 tablespoons St. Germain liqueur (or aquavit)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup chopped fruit of choice (I used strawberries, green apples, and blueberries)

METHOD:
Combine the wine, simple syrup, and liqueur in a large measuring cup or pitcher.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half into the measuring cup/pitcher. Cut the remaining half into thin slices. Also thinly slice the lime.

Add the lemon and lime slices, along with the other assorted fruit to your popsicle molds, dividing things up as evenly as possible.

Pour the wine mixture over the fruit and then place in the freezer for an hour to an hour and a half. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and then return them to the freezer for another 8 hours (or more).

Allow the popsicle mold to sit at room temperature for a couple minutes before unmolding the popsicles. Enjoy immediately. These are a tad slushier than standard popsicles because of the high alcohol content, so they may melt quickly!

NOTE:
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar (I usually do 1 cup of each) in a small pot and bring to a boil. Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved in the water. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before using. Store any unused syrup in a sealed container in the fridge.
For this recipe, I used ¼ cup but the amount of syrup you add depends completely on your taste as well as the dryness of the wine you choose. Taste your mixture prior to freezing and adjust the amount as needed!
Makes 12 Popsicles

The Diva Mix

INGREDIENTS:

  • 45ml of vodka
  • 5 blackberries
  • 30ml orange juice
  • 120ml of DELUSH Natural Sweet red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Garnish: Blackberries

METHOD:

  • Add vodka, blackberries, orange juice, red wine, sugar and ice to the blender
  • Blend then pour into serving glass

The Naughty Nostalgia

LOOK ‘ON FLEEK’ WITH A TOUCH OF VINTAGE INSPIRED STYLE -JUST ADD A TOUCH OF GOSSIP TO GET THE PARTY STARTED.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bottle of DELUSH Natural Sweet Rosé
  • 120 ml clear lemonade
  • Ice Cubes
  • Sprig of Lavender

METHOD:

  • Freeze bottle of rosé in ice cube trays (overnight)
  • Combine frozen rosé, clear lemonade and a handful of ice cubes in a blender
  • Blend until all ice cubes have been crushed and when it’s at your desired consistency
  • Serve in a beautiful glass with a sprig of lavender

Ice Indulgence

YOU’VE GOT TO TRY THIS AT LEAST ONCE THIS SUMMER

For this recipe you’ll need a ice lolly mould

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g ripe strawberries, stalks removed
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 4 tsp clear lemonade
  • 2 tsp lemon
  • 200ml DELUSH Natural Sweet white wine
  • 7g tub freeze-dried strawberries (optional)

METHOD:

  • Whizz the strawberries in a food processor with the caster sugar, clear lemonade and lemon juice. Pass through sieve into a jug and stir in the DELUSH white wine. Pour into the lolly moulds leaving a 1/2 cm gap at the top to allow for expansion. Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries over the base if using.
  • Put the lollies in the freezer for 1 hr until the mixture is solid enough to support a lolly stick. Push a lolly stick 3/4 of the way into each lolly mould and freeze for another 6-8 hrs until solid.
  • To serve, pull each lolly out of the mould by the stick. If it doesn’t come free dip the mould in hot water for 10 secs and try again. Alcoholic lollies melt quickly so serve straight away with a bowl or paper napkin to catch any drips.

Melt – 200 grams good quality dark chocolate – and dip the lollies in the dark chocolate. Delicious.

Berry Berry Good

KICK OFF 2017 WITH LOADS OF HEALTHY BERRIES

Roasted Strawberry Delush Red Wine Popsicles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 450 grams strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Delush Naturally red wine
  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees C

METHOD:

  • In a bowl, mix together the quartered strawberries, balsamic vinegar, and sugar. Spread evenly over a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the berry juices have thickened (but are not burning). Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
  • Place half of the roasted strawberries and juices in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the red wine.
  • Spoon the remaining half of the roasted strawberries into the popsicle molds. Evenly pour red wine mixture into molds until close to the top. Freeze popsicles for at least 45 minutes before inserting popsicle sticks. Freeze for a remaining 4 to 6 hours, or until completely frozen, before serving.
  • Serves: 6-8 popsicles, depending on size
