  • Phyllo pastry
  • Eggs
  • Cooking oil
  • Fresh prawns
  • Salt


  1. Brush strips of shredded phyllo pastry with whisked eggs.
  2. Roll skewered prawns in pastry and seal tight.
  3. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  4. Season with salt.
